About Us
Founded in 1997, initially for the purpose of effecting a turnaround in a family controlled enterprise, the fund evolved to make placements in companies providing information and professional services, bio and med-technologies, consumer goods and solutions related to sleep.
Investment Strategy
Our placements are often at the seed level, with continuing participation through early series rounds.
In our tier one investments, we engage actively and bring our years of strategic and tactical experience to the table. We often take a strong supporting role in developing the implementation of intellectual property aspects.
